Combine cranberry juice, sugar, and water.
Stir to dissolve sugar and heat to a boil.
Tie spices into a cheesecloth bag, add to liquid, and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove bag and add other juices.
Serve hot.

I often use 4 T of a mulling spice mix and 2 cinnamon sticks instead of the spices listed above.
If you use cranberry blend, you may want to use 5 cups.
